About us

Consultancy for public authorities, with verifiable results

Real Value Solutions SRL, the core of the RVS group, has worked since 2016 with town halls, county councils, hospitals and schools to turn community needs into projects that get funded and get finished.

Our team brings together EU funding experts, project managers and public procurement consultants, and works with design firms across several specialities. We have prepared and implemented projects under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), the 2021-2027 Regional Programmes, the 2014-2020 Regional (POR) and Large Infrastructure (POIM) programmes, the Health Programme and the Environment Fund (AFM).

We mostly work with rural communes and small towns, where town hall teams are small and every missed deadline matters. That is why we do not stop at submitting the application: we stay with the beneficiary through procurement, implementation, closure and the sustainability period.

Every project in our portfolio has a project code and a funding contract, so you can check our work before you hire us.

We are responsible for the project from the first idea to the last payment claim, and we stay with the beneficiary after final acceptance.

Open funding

Open calls we are following

Open calls for public authorities and, separately, for private companies, checked daily on the official websites, with a direct link to the applicant’s guide. Calls for which we have already implemented similar projects come first. We also follow draft guides in public consultation, so a project can be prepared before the call opens.
